Mr. and Mrs. Berchelmann Born in Texas, I have always had an affinity for my home state. So much so, that I decided to stay in Texas after graduating from Baylor University in 2007 with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Originally from San Antonio, I moved out to El Paso in early 2008 so that my now wife and I could reside in the same city.  After obtaining my Realtor’s license in August of 2008, I began working for Century 21 APD Associates. I’m currently obtaining my GRI certification (Graduate Realtor Institute) and already hold an SFR (short sale/foreclosure certification).  As a recent transplant, I was forced to learn this city inside/out and in the process have made some wonderful friends and have even discovered things about El Paso that were new to my wife, an El Paso native. When I’m not doing real estate, I write a monthly column for the El Paso Times about my experiences as a new El Pasoan.  I am also involved with the El Paso Museum of History….if you are ever in El Paso, come visit, free admission! I look forward to a long career in real estate and I am constantly learning every day so that I can offer the best service possible to those that I work with.
